Delivery Information
- Free Shipping on all orders no matter whatever the value of the product is.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
- We use different courier services depending upon the destination and service.
- For Try and Buy Service delivery charges are applied of Rs.300/-. This service is only available in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Faisalabad.
- On orders above the value of Rs.12,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
- Orders weighing more than 6 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

Refund and Exchange Policy
At MaxGear Apparel you can request to get a full refund or exchange no question asked.
- Refund and Exchanges are processed within 2-3 days of returns received.
- All returned or refund requested merchandise must be unworn and in the state you received them along with the original packaging.
- Designated courier companies will pick the returns or exchanges from your home/office. You do not need to return the merchandise yourself.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.
